The ellumi LED bacteria-killing light, first launched as an undercabinet luminaire, is now available as a shower-safe recessed retrofit light. Evolution Lighting and healthcare-solutions-provider Vital Vio combined their respective lighting and bacteria- killing technologies to create the light. Instead of using UV to combat mold, fungi, and bacteria, Vital Vio’s proprietary process uses LEDs.
